Vaccination: Evidence of having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that has received full approval or emergency use authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization.

Negative Test Results: Evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to entering any of the types of venues below.

You may also make your reservations by calling the Club’s phone line, 504-242-4545, and
leaving your name and the names of any other members attending with you and your
entree of choice. Cash, Check or VENMO payments to TDCNO will be accepted at check-
in.
Reservations will close Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 If you do make
reservations and don’t cancel by noon October 22, 2021, you are responsible for the
cost of the dinner.
